When you build a solid business of over 1,000 clients, it is impossible to see or contact them all on a regular basis.

However, whatever you situation is, it is imperative that you have some type of regular contact with your customers and distributors.

How? The below are just a few suggestions:
 

Phone Calls

Call just to see how they are doing, if there is anything more they need, and to make sure you let them know just how much you value them.
 

Because of the size of your organization, and the fact that they may be scattered around the world, many sponsors concentrate only on those they sign-up.

Others may concentrate on two or three legs down. Try both ways to see what works for you.


E-Mail

Because most people have computers and are on-line, they have e-mail addresses.

This is a simple and inexpensive way of keeping in contact with your entire organization.

By using one of the professional e-mail programs, you can develop a newsletter, organize birthdays, anniversaries, etc. and easily send your messages.

This method avoids both delivery delays and postage costs.


Special Occasion Greetings

Christmas, Thanksgiving,  Easter, or even the anniversary date of their signing-up as a distributor or customer.

These  messages can be sent postal mail, E-Mail, or even with a phone call.


Occasional

For no reason, send a Thank You and/or You Are Appreciated greeting.

As an example, you could send a personalized letter to your distributors and customers, letting them know that their business is valued, for no reason other than to say thank you.

 

 

 
 

The old adage, "Out of sight, out of mind," certainly applies in any type of sales.

So many people are willing to sacrifice quality for convenience. If you go above and beyond the call of duty, answer questions in a prompt and efficient manner, and continuously let your customers and distributors know how much they are valued, they will think twice before buying inferior products somewhere else.
