Thinking" By using these tools, as well as the tools in the chapter on Meditations, we can develop our strong and positive nature from the "inside out," which is a lasting state of being. True positive thinking = positive self image = solutions = persistence = success. |
This Do Want/Action list may seem too simple, but most solutions are
too simple to see.
This list allows you to feel in control again, to focus on solutions, and
to see what your responsibility is, and what it is not. That gives you a
basis for determining what actions you can take to correct the situation,
as well as to know in what specific areas you need to ask help with.
This is a powerful tool to redirect the frozen, non-action of negative
thinking, into a positive, solutions oriented action.
