For most of us the answer is never to maybe once or twice. What would happen if you did just that? Statistics show that most companies lose 25% of their
business by not following-up.

What To Do When
| ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
|
|
Ask for Help When the going gets tough, get together with your sponsor or other people who have the same PMT (See Personal Motivational Talent). Ask for help! Ask how they are doing, what they are doing, etc. Review the information in this web site. Remember that this web site is a tool for you to use, and you can give this web site address to your customers and distributors AFTER you sign them up. |
|
|
Focus on What you Want Do NOT focus on what is wrong or you will defeat your purpose. Instead, go back and review the chapter on the Don't and Do Want Lists. All new business owners go through periods of doubt and fear. This list will help you to look at what is a real fear and what is an imagined fear, then help you to make informed decisions as to what actions should be taken. |
|
|
Find Solutions Outline your obstacles, share them with another person, get creative, encourage one another to find the SOLUTIONS. |
|
|
Be Realistic Never, ever tell yourself everything will be fine until you are SURE everything will be fine. Look at all angles of the problem, set out a course of action, then, and only then move on to the last step. See chapter Why Affirmations Rarely Work. |

Attitude Your most valuable asset is your attitude, attitude, attitude. Be like the little train, "I think I can, I think I can, I KNOW I can!" |
In MLM, it is your sponsor's and company's job to be on top of all problem situations. Remember, your problems ARE THEIR PROBLEMS.
If there is a problem with quality, service, delivery, or any other
aspect of the company that is not in your direct control, call customer
service to let them know what the problem is.
Sometimes they will not know that there is a problem, and will take
actions to rectify the situations.
At other times, they will know about the situation and will outline the
actions they are taking to rectify the situation.
When reporting a problem, be sure your presentation of the problem is not
a accusation. When it is appropriate, you might want to share suggested
solutions.
Either way, letting your company know there is a problem helps them as
well as you.
Many people are unwilling to be a "trouble-maker," or to look as if
they do not understand their job.
If you are in the MLM business (or thinking of becoming), your sponsor
will understand that you will need guidance. Use their help. It is a sign
of strength, not weakness, to know how and when to ask for help.
When you are in business for yourself, no one knows what the problem is
unless you tell them. The company will not think less of you for reporting
the in-house problems you have uncovered, in fact they will appreciate
your feed back.
You sponsor will be happy you asked for the personal help you need to
build your business.
Always remember, in MLM, Your Success is Their Success!
